Greeted as soon as you walk in, the place was very clean and when I got to the groomer counter I met with Kristen and she was amazing from the start. I brought one dog in at a time, and she was very patient with me. One of my dogs is deaf and he was a little nervous she made sure he felt comfortable before proceeding to take him back. You can tell she loves what she does and is passionate. She called me when my boys were ready and WOW they looked amazing and smelled amazing. They both came out super happy as well. I also loved that she gave them “grooming report cards” explains everything with a sweet note and treats (will attach) this is our new grooming spot and will also start shopping for them here as well. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Kristen!!

They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the whole experience so much better. I was asked multiple times if I needed help, and anytime I had a question, someone was right there ready to explain everything clearly. The person in the animal area was super knowledgeable, especially about hamsters, and even helped us understand which fish would work best for our aquarium. 🐹🐠 That kind of attention and care is rare these days. What really stood out, though, was how kind and patient everyone was with my boys. Four rowdy kids, full of excitement, and the staff handled it with so much grace and good energy. The cashier was the absolute sweetest, she smiled, congratulated us on our new family members, and truly felt like a ray of sunshine. 🌞 Five stars all the way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The whole vibe in that store was just unmatched, friendly faces, helpful people, and pure good energy from start to finish. Petco, y’all are doing it right. 🙌🏽💛
