Went over to the glass display case which is extremely exposed for baby chics several times hoping for one of the two staff members to come over and ask me if I needed help. They didn't. They were busy conversing with one another. The baby chics were extremely thirsty because thier water was packed with shavings they kicked into the water. I noticed how thirsty they were while I was standing waiting for the 2 up front to notice they had a paying customer waiting for help. I finally walked over to the cashier and asked if I could see the chickens, she snapped back as if I was a nuisance "I can't let you hold them." Now she could have said...."sure, I can help you, were you wanting to purchase?" Which would have opened a dialog up to find out if I just wanted to hold a chic or buy and then her next response could have been way more polite then the snappy attitude she threw at me. Might want to retrain your staff on how to talk to customers as well as how to watch over the animals that are under thier care.

The lady gets my fish for me and goes to tie back she knocked over the fish bag and all the fish dropped on the dirty floor she proceeded to pick them up and tell me they will be fine and gold fish are hard and they won’t die but from experience when you touch a gold fish they die. She put them in the bag and didn’t apologize or anything didn’t ask me if I wanted new ones or anything. She also proceeded to give me the wrong fish after I told her multiple times and showed her the ones I wanted.
