They stated to see her again it’s an $80 exam fee for something THEY did to my dog. In which I just previously paid $80 the previous day for her to have an exam! Terrible service

But when I went to take my kitties to be neutered, the Vet insisted on showing me, solely, photos of the black cats of the staff members. I don’t have black cats, and never mentioned liking black cats to this Vet…but felt humiliated after realizing that she thought I would like to see black cats because I am a black person. She told me “These 2 are my black babies!” Which really sounds so problematic…seeing that we’re talking about your three cats. This is disgusting, extremely inappropriate and unnecessary. I felt humiliated and will not be back in this facility.

I could immediately tell my dog was in good hands—she felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for. We even left with her feeling a little better than when we came in. I truly appreciate the care and compassion shown and would highly recommend Vetco to any pet parent.

- LWLexi WNov 25, 20255.0I brought my 6 week old kitten in for a skin breakout he had and general exam. Dr Williams took amazing care of us! She let me ask as many questions as I needed to ease my own anxiety (lol) and was very patient, kind, and thorough. She was able to get Achilles the treatment he needed and he has healed up so great! Still have a few days of medication left but he is almost completely healed at this point :) before and after pictures attached. I was hesitant at first because Vetco in general doesn’t have the best reviews as a whole, but I saw how great the reviews were for the Harbison location specifically, and they did not disappoint! Even the receptionist was very nice. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location!
