  never been to this petco before for a grooming, you’d think since my dog hasn’t been here they’d try to make him comfortable. i could feel the energy of how this was going to go by the way the groomer greeted my dog. called me not even an hour after dropping him off saying they aren’t able to finish because he was showing his teeth… is that not what muzzles are for????? he’s never been here he’s obv gonna be nervous idk. my actual groomer is booked for the month and she’s never had an issue with my dog. it is literally xmas even and we had pictures today :/

  Very pleasent experience, staff is well knowledged in all aspects of pets from lizards go toads. Not to mention the royal treatment you get with your most cozy companions, the dogs. They welcome them as much as you. Great job Petco. Thanks.

  The store is nice but the self wash dog station isn’t the greatest , blow dryer can barely dry a short haired dog . And I have a long hair dog . Groomers at location weren’t helpful either . Asked if they could just dry and brush and they don’t offer it but I would have paid for a full bath even if they would just dry him . It was $20 for self service , you get hand towels to dry dogs off with , the stations were full of hair not cleaned and they didn’t even give us the supplies that it said it was offered . They should get new dryers and make sure to offer the supplies they say it should

  groomers supposed to brush my dog teeth I was watching her, she took the brush out toothpaste one drop she took the brush to my dog mouth. She touched it on one Side touched it on the other side.and She throw it in the trash. I was so shock. I was thinking that probably I missed maybe she did it already, but I was there for just less than five minutes. She bring him back to me doing the buffering his nails and brushing his teeth clear clearly see she did not brush my dog teeth this is not fair for our price and their service towards to the pets. If they don't want to do the pet grooming they should find a different jobs.instead of stilling pets parents money 😡

  Animal abuse at the corporate level. Do not buy animals and contribute to the suffering. Multiple dead animals in store. Nofied the manager and they did not care. We asked to file a complaint to corporate and she said that there's no one to complain to and that it's the vendors vault. Corporate, stop contributing to animal suffering for profit. Please.
