Ross has always been absolutely phenomenal with our babies and they are the only reason I’m leaving any stars. We’ve had no issues aside from some anxiety but today when we picked up our pup we were told that she was too reactive today and for that reason they would no longer service her. I totally understand but what concerns me is that they had our girl for ~ 5 hours, described to us that she was reluctant to stand for them, commented that she might be in pain, but not once did they call us about this behavior that they also said they had not seen from her previously. The way this individual spoke to us was also done in a way that seemed to passive aggressively imply we weren’t caring for her properly when she’s monitored monthly. What was really upsetting as well about this whole ordeal is that we weren’t told any of this until after we had paid. I left a 20% tip only to find out that they may have caused my dog pain trying to force her to stand instead of just calling us?! In light of today’s experience we won’t be returning with our other pup and will be looking for another groomer for both of our dogs.

So booked with Niki (however you spell her name) & she was horrible. Even though I booked an appointment she refused to bathe my pup & gave attitude. She was very rude & disrespectful. I can't imagine how she is with ur dog's!! Wouldn't recommend her at all.
