Dr. Hundt was attentive, thorough and friendly. I’m exceptionally pleased and impressed with the service we received today and look forward to many more healthy checkups with the Bluffton team.

Update: spaceI did get a response from Banfield cares for this post. I was told to expect a call or email from the local Banfield Hospital regarding my issue. I’ve yet to receive any further communication.

Went in 20 days ago with my dog as he was not feeling well and was able to walk and be a dog. Monday came and he could not walk and had to put my boy down. No follow up call, to see how he was doing the next day after the visit and when I did call when I needed help, you can bring him tomorrow, you close at 6 and it was 5pm. Then I had to pay for the rest of the wellness plan. Profits before anything I guess. You all have lost what matters most, connecting with your customers and animals. Dropping your dog off and not talking to the Dr. In person is bad. This company has changed. Will never be back.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
