The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer to something they will find out for you and not leave you hanging. I don't think I've ever left this store without being asked at least once by an employee if I found everything I need. The sales are great and the prices are reasonable even when there isn't a sale. (I can usually find a coupon online anyway). The rewards program is well worth it, and it saves your frequently bought items so that you can get to them again if needed. My dog loves the stuffed frog, which I've had to replace more than once, so this is actually a very helpful feature. I can order it in the app and pick it up in store the next time I'm there. Online stores are convenient, but I like being able to bring my dog in to try things on him (like harnesses) since he is hard to fit.
