As far as prices I would say they are very reasonable and total cost was gone over before being seen so there were no surprise charges at the end. I will continue to bring my kitties here, it is so convenient and they get great care.

Despite some fumbles by staff, they did everything they could to set things right. The all stars of this story were the hospital manager (handsome guy, sick beard) and our Vet (Dr. Fisher). We had so many questions and concerns, and they answered all of them with grace no matter how dumb our questions were. We left with confidence thanks to the staff and we made it through two European borders with no issues. We actually saw a family denied at the border with their pet, and our hearts sank. I thought to myself, 'they wouldn't have had this issue if they went with Vetco'.
