Missed cutting spots, tail and eyebrows not touched and she was very rude. Charged me $130 plus tip. Needless to say because of this I will never go back.

A special shout out to your groomer sweet Bela, who typically always grooms our dog. We have a five year old golden retriever named Tanner and he absolutely adores her! He cannot get in the back to the salon fast enough … she has gained his trust, and he allows her to do everything from his ears down to his toes. He even hands her his paws so she can cut his nails and groom his paws. That is what I call personable Customer Service at its finest! Bela and your team should be commended, praised and I hope there is an incentive because your team certainly deserves it at the Smithfield, Rhode Island Petco! Thank you for having Bela there for Tanner and creating a safe and joyful grooming experience for our pet! Bela, your expertise and precision with grooming our dog is so appreciated, never has he once comehome with any cuts and always looks so handsome! Your attentiveness and consistency ensures that every part of the service is flawless and that the results are consistently excellent with every visit Tanner has with you!
