    All there fish had ick and there was spiderwebs everywhere near the fish supplys this petco is one of the worst petcos I have ever been and this 1 is next to my house I'd rather go to the one in Smithfield that's 20 mins away

    Just went in and Jared was kinda rude. He asked me if I had a phone number with the store. I said yes and im also picking up an order. I went to get my ID and he talks in A rude firm voice."i asked you for your phone numbet mam." I give it. Put my ID on the counter. He rings up my additional purchase of cat toys. Gives me a receipt. Hes on his handheld device..says my name. I said yes thats me. I put my ID away. He then says I need ypur ID ..i did not see it. He grabs my order then does not even ask if i need a bag for my other purchase of cat toys and moves to the next register and takes another customer. His badge said ops specialist.. Did not make me want to come back to this store at all.

    They helped me a great deal with my frenchie. They understood the strange frenchie behavior and worked it in. They were great.

    This has to do with PETCO return policy. My wife purchased an item. I tried to return it with the receipt and because I did not have my wife’s card I could only get a store credit. That policy is ridiculous. Looks like Pet Smart for me from now on !

    The store itself is nice and has everything my issue is the poor animals that they keep breeding for a profit. The exotic birds, ferrets, turtles, it’s just so sad to see them caged up. My feelings would change if these animals were from adoption or rescue companies but they’re not. Petco intentionally breeds them for profit.
