  I won’t leave my baby anywhere else! The staff here are all professional,educated and extremely loving towards my Dachshund. For me to say I trust that she is in good hands is huge.

  Makala was terrific with our young pups. This was the first grooming for all four pups and they arrived at our home at the scheduled time and took their time with each of our pups so that they were at ease. We are very pleased with the traditional springer cuts they received. They all looked so happy and handsome!

  Karissa made her way to my apartment for the sole purpose of clipping my cat’s nails, She was friendly , kind but got the job done quickly and painlessly! A very good feeling for an obsessed cat owner. She shared stories of her many owned rescue pets. I was really impressed! I would never hesitate to call her again,

  Absolutely absurdly overpriced. When scheduling an appointment for the Cumberland location, it was setup for the Smithfield location. Since there’s no way to edit your appointment online, I had to call and they were unable to switch locations. The prices online are not accurate - they charged $20 extra for a Saturday appointment AND took a $25 deposit for a basic bath. When asked to contact my spouse for an appointment update, they texted me instead, further complicating the experience. The additional charge was added after the appointment, and there was no mention of it online. There are many local groomers who are transparent about pricing, accommodating for scheduling changes - they charge $50 if you need to cancel day ahead - and the services they provide are extremely run of the mill. We will not be returning due to extremely poor customer service, lack of transparency, inability to edit an appointment online and charging $105 for a basic bath.

  Christy was on time, careful with my Luki, zip! he was in the van - and 45 minutes later a ‘new’ Luki, looked like he’d lost a pound or two! All shiny, smelled divine, happy with himself!
