Dr. Cooney is kind, thorough in explaining everything that needs to be explained and does not try to oversell procedures. I would not be able to afford going to another vet as the costs are astronomical so I greatly appreciate the fair and reasonable pricing offered by Vetco. Even the store manager was so personable while he rung out my items, explaining the pet premier plan I had just signed up for. All these positive attributes will retain me as a repeat customer.
