You cannot cancel the monthly fee like they state when scamming you into this membership. The vet clinic did nothing to help my cat and now I'm stuck paying for something that is worthless. Should of absolutely known better than going to a place like this.

She was constantly yelling at the dog to sit down, it was unleashed and sniffing the other dogs that were tied up on the tables. Unprofessional and concerning. Will never go back here, save your animals the trauma! They don't do any of the items listed, all they do is shave your dog, don't even listen to the basic instructions. My friend and my dog both had their hair cut way too short, completely incompetent people.
