- KKKendra Kilroy6 days ago1.0Booked my mini doodle for her first grooming since bringing her home. Drove 25 mins to the Petco only to be told she had matting fur and they wouldn’t see her today. She’s a long haired doodle. I cut any matted parts out when bathing her after adoption. I can promise you it wasn’t matted, it’s long curly hair that needs conditioner. It’s like these two women never saw curly hair before. Actual waste of time. The woman with the rainbow hair was like yeah nope. So I said sorry not sure what you mean bc this isn’t curly so she brought her comb over and combed through it and goes see how hard that was for me? Yeah wet and condition it and it wouldn’t be? If I could rate this 0 stars I would. No personality no wonder she works with pets. ALSO FYI if you’re reading this on 2/25 around 230pm and your goldendoodle was here for a cut she was SO rough brushing the ears and face I recommend NEVER bringing your dog back again! Wish I got a video bc I was like I genuinely hope she doesn’t do that to mine. I’m grateful mine isn’t being groomed by that miserable woman. Petco do better! I’ll happily be going back to Attleboro going forward!!!

You cannot cancel the monthly fee like they state when scamming you into this membership. The vet clinic did nothing to help my cat and now I'm stuck paying for something that is worthless. Should of absolutely known better than going to a place like this.
