Quick and easy when I go! In my opinion the best I’ve taken my pets too. I started going to them for convenience since I lived few minutes away, but I’ve moved 20 minutes and it’s well worth the ride. Appreciate you guys.

Extremely happy with Ferguson. My labrador Benny is very comfortable going there. The staff is The sweetest and friendliest, and accommodating, especially for important issues.. Dr. Donahue is our vet, but I have been very happy with any that we've seen.

I wasn't going to write this review but honestly, more people need to know.
. The first appt my dog was given meds to go home with for anxiety. prior to the appt, i told the staff that they needed to sedate my dog a little more than they planned so they could draw labs for heart worm because he fights the meds/sedation and what they were giving wasn't enough. I went as far as texting the name of what drug my dog needed. (My dog has high anxiety at the vet). Staff refused to listen to me and refused to give the med. The meds they gave were that of a baby dosage. During this appt, they took my dog to the back room and tried to restrain him. My dog barked for a solid 5 minutes, then randomly stopped barking. Moments later he was taken out CHOKING and gasping. I was then told that we needed to try again another day and they would fully sedate him. (All of this was done by techs/office manager) no vet present
Third appt, i was called prior to going in by Vet Hopkins and told that he could full sedate in office by injection and NOT to medicate prior. The minute i walked into the appt, my dog began to show signs of anxiety. I have zero experience with vet anxiety as this is all new to me. Vet hopkins then gave me a muzzle and had me attempt to muzzle my dog. After a few attempts i lost hope. Hopkins came back in and told me that he didnt have any other options for me but he could give us some sort of pill to cover “some” worms. I began to express my concern for the last appt and my dog choking . Hopkins then began to explain a “rabies poll” and asked me if i wanted to do that? This is when i realized they had used this exact device on my dog at the last appt which is why he stopped barking!!!! He then told me that he had the best office staff around an even cared for the dog officers dog but if i wanted to report or make a review on him, he wont care because hes been a vet for 20 years and has nothing to risk.At this point i was in tears and my dog was becoming aggressive.I left the building and immediately found another provider which gave my dog the exact meds i requested from ferguson and was able to retrieve the lab work without issue or full sedation.
This is my experience- he may be great to some but this was actually traumatizing for me and my dog

This vet office was extremely welcoming and professional, They were very transparent, and the pricing was very fair! They treated me and my fellow with kindness and had no problems answering every question that I had no matter how ridiculous it was. I would highly recommend this place based on their customer service and the Fact that they seem to truly love the animals, more than they love running through your pockets ! Which makes all the difference!
