Petco scheduled this appointment for my puppies third set of shots. Today I was told my appointment needs to be no earlier than next week.when I pointed out Petco set the appointment not me. No apology just a “so you want to reschedule”. My two prior appointments were excellent. This one really turned me off coupled with the front desk attitude I will seek an alternative to Petco moving forward.
