The door was locked, to be experienced. When someone came to the door they said they were closed. We have an 8:00 appointment we said. "Ok I'll take her" the man said. We had has vaccination papers, was not asked for. Do I need to sign anything? No was the answer. Needless to say I get a call about the paperwork and lack of signatures, I explain what happened and was told that's not what happened by the groomer! Having been through the experience...THATS WHAT HAPPENED. Petco, not having online check in LIKE OTHER STORES, I was not able to submit the needed information online. Had to drive all the way back, and PICK HER UP. This awful Petco cannot be trusted to open a door, never mind groom my dog!!

- BBBevSep 27, 20251.0The last couple Petcos I went to, the animals looked terrible so I made it a conscious effort to stop supporting stores that sell animals. I went in today to the NK location, as a last resort, to see if I could find some hard to find guinea pig treats my vet told me to buy. A seemingly very aggravated girl with pin straight hair, tattoos, and a septum ring asked me if needed help finding something..I took her up on the offer even tho it seemed to bother her to have to show me...before I walked away, I found her near the fish tanks to ask if there were, by chance, any more in the back and if not, when the next delivery would come in...she answered me, but you wouldve thought I asked her the most vile, insulting question you could possibly ask someone. Totally unnecessary. I think it may be time for someone to find a new job because customer service is definitely not for her. I guess this is my cue to start ordering from chewy
