They were patient, kind, and walked us through proper care and what we needed to provide proper enrichment for our cockatiel. When I returned to the store a few weeks later, my daughter and I were greeted with a warm welcome, remembering us and asking how our pet was adjusting. Overall, fantastic employees that deserve some recognition.

The door was locked, to be experienced. When someone came to the door they said they were closed. We have an 8:00 appointment we said. "Ok I'll take her" the man said. We had has vaccination papers, was not asked for. Do I need to sign anything? No was the answer. Needless to say I get a call about the paperwork and lack of signatures, I explain what happened and was told that's not what happened by the groomer! Having been through the experience...THATS WHAT HAPPENED. Petco, not having online check in LIKE OTHER STORES, I was not able to submit the needed information online. Had to drive all the way back, and PICK HER UP. This awful Petco cannot be trusted to open a door, never mind groom my dog!!
