Banfield staff was super friendly, caring and understanding. Everyone that we interacted with clearly loved animals. We expected a hefty vet bill as they were older and shots ans such had no been kept up with. Banfields wellness plan allowed us to pay a monthly "insurance type" fee that would help off set some of the costs for the services needed. Loved everything about this place. Its not close to home but worth the ride for our fur babies.

This is money we don't have. I had gone back to Banfield and they proved their metal, their real prices was a 5th less and they also found some assistance as our money situation isn't great. As of this review puppers is in surgery with fingers crossed. Thank you Banfield, my kids are relieved as am I. Merry Christmas. and Thank you Banfield Johnston

At the visit where I was supposed to finally receive a diagnosis, they instead tried to upsell me on dental work. I now have no choice but to seek help from another company for the sake of my pet’s health.
