Didn’t leave a voicemail either. Waited to call 10 minutes before closing to find out no one ever called. we’ve given this place more than enough chances, but it seems like the issue here is the receptionist up front.

They listen to your concerns and explain things in a way so you can understand. I love the fact that every time I drop off my pet to see the vet and I go home and wait. That the vet personally calls you to explain how the visit went. I love how they have the waiting room in the back set-up for the animals. If I didn't have banfield pet hospital. I don't know what I do financially. They are a god sent. Yes. Some of the time they don't answer the phone but that's because they are super busy. If you leave a message they will call you back. Their pet plans are great and affordable. The plans don't cover medications but they do price match. I absolutely love this place.

I called the office for help scheduling and spoke with receptionist (Kayla) who was not helpful. 2 kittens need dewormer and flea treatment as they're too young for any shots, didn't ask what was needed, just stated 2 separate appointments needed and none available. Looks like you lost 2 new customers. Petco it is!
