  Been taking my cats here for the past 3years or so but recently I’ve been getting bad feelings about this place. They always tell me my cats are find but my senior cat kept throwing up his food. Last year they said it may be food allergies or his stomach may be irritated so they prescribed food and it was working but recently my cat started throwing up and not eating much so we took him here again. I then mentioned that my cat lost a canine many years ago if maybe it could be that he might be in pain so they told me they need to do surgery on his mouth to get the other canine out. NOPE! a week later I had to take my cat to OSV so they could tell me that is his stomach that’s irritated and there is NOTHING WRONG WITH HIS TEETH! The whole experience felt like I was the one who knew what was wrong with my cat and THEY JUST GUESSING.

  We took in 2 bullys after family could no longer care for them. They had no prior vet experience and needed some care. Banfield staff was super friendly, caring and understanding. Everyone that we interacted with clearly loved animals. We expected a hefty vet bill as they were older and shots ans such had no been kept up with. Banfields wellness plan allowed us to pay a monthly "insurance type" fee that would help off set some of the costs for the services needed. Loved everything about this place. Its not close to home but worth the ride for our fur babies.

  Life savers! I had strayed from Banfield and had gone to a local vet. My puppy had swallowed something and the other vet want over 6000 dollars for surgery. This is money we don't have. I had gone back to Banfield and they proved their metal, their real prices was a 5th less and they also found some assistance as our money situation isn't great. As of this review puppers is in surgery with fingers crossed. Thank you Banfield, my kids are relieved as am I. Merry Christmas. and Thank you Banfield Johnston

  It has been a complete nightmare trying to get my pet’s condition diagnosed over the past two months. Despite multiple appointments, I still don’t have any answers. At the visit where I was supposed to finally receive a diagnosis, they instead tried to upsell me on dental work. I now have no choice but to seek help from another company for the sake of my pet’s health.
