- EBErika Berganza-CruzDec 22, 20251.0I was extremely disappointed in the service. I dropped my dogs off at 1 and didn’t get them back until 630. Then to top it all off I had asked for a a body trim and to clean up the ears with a round face for my female Yorkie and when I picked her up all her hair was gone. It looks all butchered. I will not bring them to petco again. And the fact that I had to pay for something I did not ask for is worse. And right before the holidays. What a disappointment.
