It usually takes them no longer than 3 hours to groom both of my dogs, but recently took over 4.5 hours with little communication as to why. My appointment was booked months in advance with two separate groomers, to ensure that both dogs could be groomed in an efficient manner. I will not be returning due to the amount of time and limited communication.

When I arrive, I was told I could spend another $20 on top of the $58 already being charged for a dog bath to VIP my dog so that she could skip the line. when I asked why I made an appointment for 1030 and she wouldn’t even be barhed until 12. They told me that they had three other dogs scheduled at the exact same time, and that’s what they do on a regular is over schedule and then hook people in to paying more to get their dog back and not sit in the cage half a day it’s ridiculous and I believe intentional.
