  Store hours did not reflect online. Door was locked way before 9pm with a hand written sign on the door saying they closed early at 7:45. From the parking lot, I could see half a dozen people walk up in a matter of a couple minutes, also seemingly frustrated by the poor communication for early closure. Won't be coming back here since I cannot trust hours listed online and would prefer not to have my time wasted again

  Around closing time about 20:53 Saturday night. Dude at the register didn’t offer me a bag for my items which granted was only about 5 small items that I could have benefited from a bag, but arguably I was already carrying a big bag of food & a heavy litter bucket. The lady in front of me not only held up the line but her items were bagged automatically without any questions . I thought about it and of course I was the only black person in the store, mind u there were 2 other ppl behind me. I just thought it was rude he didn’t even ask if I wanted a bag b/c I really did.

  Carries the Purina pro food for my dog. Amazon carries at a better price, but Petco is good in a pinch.

  I have never had someone yell at me while shopping, so today was a first. A young girl named Felicia was extremely rude toward me. She never greeted me, but instead just started yelling. She told me that Id have to leave the store or put my dog on a leash. Ive been to this store a million times, and my dog has never been on a leash, and Ive never been asked to leave. Of course I put all of my items down and headed for the door. Not so much as a “hi” or “good afternoon” just a very fresh employee yelling at me, the customer. Needless to say I wont be back to Petco as they may be good with pets but they no nothing about how to speak to a customer.

  I went in to buy fish for my tank. Nobody said hello how can I help you today nope nothing. Even though there were 3 employees having a conversation at a registere. I waited 10 minutes looking at fish there were so many dead fish in the tanks and they were dirty. I walked right out I would not trust buying any fish from my tank at that store. The other pretco in Andorra is much cleaner and friendly.
