- AAAnne6 days ago1.0Just had an incredibly disappointing experience here and will never return. I brought my little boy to this location to pick out a Christmas present for his dog. Once he picked out his dog’s present, I let him walk around to see the animals as he loves animals. We walked around for about 15-20 minutes before I was able to convince him to check out with the toy (with the promise he could see the kittens one more time). As we were checking out, the sales person, Giana (I believe that was her name, I was so shocked I can’t be completely sure) said, “oh you all are finally buying something this time.” I’m not if this woman is confusing me for someone else, but regardless the statement and the attitude associated with it was inappropriate and uncalled for especially as someone who is buying something from your business. I will not be returning as I do not feel comfortable with that environment and I will be telling others that this location seems unfriendly to patrons with children or perhaps just patrons in general. I have on the other hand had wonderful experiences buying pet items at other pet stores such as Pet Smart with my little boy. We will take our business there.

Mouse droppings all over the canned cat food I just bought and when I took the first layer of cans off the case, mouse pee and poop everywhere!!--YUCK. (I had to take it outside and wash them all off with soap and water with the hose. I would have returned the food but didn't want the mouse turds in my car. -BTW over exposure to mouse poop can cause a lethal condition caused Hamter Virus-go look it up) The factory plastic wrap that's normally on the cases wasn't. I called and spoke to John the manager who stated, "the problem is well known despite having extermination twice weekly. It's because of Panara next door.". He stated corporate is aware and doing no more-like they won't have a cat living there at night to hunt. This just reaffirms why I shop mostly at Petsmart-clean and NEVER seen anything like this./or on line. (They didn't even offer me my money back!) Don't shop here! ;And BTW, don't ever open a business next to, or live in an apartment above a restaurant unless you want to have the same problem. This store needs to move locations and they said they never had this problem until a few years ago when Panara opened. Nuff said..
