Laughed and scoffed every time we gave them of them information on our cat that we don’t have much information on. Treated us like idiots, undermining every bit of information we gave even if it was factual and telling us we are wrong. This negative experience and costumer/patient service was so poor that we ultimately decided to take our cat for care at a more professional facility. We will not be recommending to anyone in the future.- however the check in person was incredibly nice and helpful- just not the vets

I already have petco membership and my office visit is free anyway if I were to go to full service one. Let's boycott vetco mobile vaccination clinic. The doctor is rude and her assistants are more rude it's like you are on a plane sitting at economy class and the cabin crew doesn't give a damn about us.
