Due to a hold-up at the FedEx facility in Pittston for over a week (!) my cat was down to his last meal! Petco is the only area store that carries this brand and even though the website says it was “out of stock “, in desperation, I called the Petco Wilkes Barre store to double check. Luckily, they had 20 cans in the store! I thanked the store employee and asked if she would hold the 20 cans for me, and that I will be there in an hour or so to pick up the 20 cans of food they had left. No problem! I was astonished at how helpful and courteous she was. Honestly. When I got to the store, the cat food was waiting for me and all I had to do was pay and take it home! Also, while I was there, I purchased a cat water fountain. I inquired about extra filters, as I didn’t see any more left. The employee took the time to check the stockroom and came back a few seconds later with the extra filters! How awesome is that? From now on, Petco is the store for me and my Exotic Shorthair cat, Sir Jasper Luigi! Thank you so much for being so thoughtful and kind! Much appreciated!

They have a very nice assortment of fish, reptile, dog, and cat, producta and supplies. This time we purchased our little boy "Johnny" another edition to his Lambchop collection. He Loves it!
