Even though I only needed 4 cans of cat food, Charles and his team made sure to take care of me. Thank you Charles and the whole Wilkes Barre Petsmart team for all that you do!

I have over 40 tanks and try to come here and every time I walk away. The guy then comes to the area. Not sure if he has anything against people of color or what but this is the last time I come here for anything aquatic and I will be writing their corporate office. They can just check the cameras. If you aren’t happy with your job, then get another one. No one wants to see your sour puss of a face.
