  I’ve been a member at the Petco for years now my dogs never let me touch their nails, but there’s a Groomer there By the name of Rachel and my dogs love her When I mention her name, they know where they’re going. I would recommend her anytime to anybody.

  is Petco 2621 MacArthur Rd, Whitehall, PA 18052 over by the mall it’s the worst place I’ve ever been to. I decided to take my puppy my little daughter there and they canceled the appointment with even saying anything, but I called the next day and said that she has appointment there’s no communication too. If you don’t have communication what’s going on with you and this business there’s no need for people to like myself. My baby Pomeranian means a lot to me, and I expect her to be respected and taken care Of. They didn’t cut her nails. I think they did cut her nails, but they didn’t trim her. They did nothing that I asked for them so my beautiful daughter will never go back to this Petco over in Lehigh Valley in Whitehall. It is the worst service I’ve ever had in my babies only eight weeks old. I don’t think anybody if you love your daughter or your pet. Don’t take them there. They will not take care of of your pet. I was scheduled for 🕝 and they told me that should be ready at 4 o’clock. I found that I can’t say the words but you have something at 2 .30 o’clock and that’s the time you should take her shouldn’t be there for two hours. She’s only way 1 pound a few pounds so I found this unacceptable and then horrible with my husband left them a tip. And he should’ve never left a tip. I took my baby to Petco over in Lehigh Street by They were wonderful so I’ll be taking her there for grooming and shots because they’re so kind and gentle. I found the service unacceptable and not knowledge things when you have to ruin your baby and you get an email at 7 o’clock in the morning in the accounting app that’s unacceptable if you want good service go to the Petco on Lehigh don’t go Emmaus they are horrible, horrible horrible

  I could type a book about how much I love Petco grooming! I have two Great Danes so obviously on the larger side. Everything always goes great. From start to finish, scheduling is easy, I get reminders, drop off is simple, they are super fast, my male has skin issues and they use different soap for him with no issues, I get a text once done, pick up is quick and I am always getting coupons! Love it!!

  Love this place!! Have been going here few yrs now. We have 3 dogs and always get same groomer. Never had any issues. Rachael is the best!!
