These are Indian Meal Moths and they WILL infest your house. They try to place the blame on the pet food manufacturers, but if you closely inspect any brand of their large bags of dog kibble, you’ll likely find these pests. I have notified Petco management multiple times over the course of months and nothing has been done. Unfortunately I no choice but to notify the Department of Agriculture.
- ABAngel BlandonOct 22, 20251.0Yesterday I was at this place, I arrived at night and a girl helped me, I don't remember her name but she was black-haired with tattoos, she helped me with such an arrogant and overbearing attitude the whole time, because of my level of English I answer slurred and she was always rolling her eyes, I was going with the idea of adopting a hamster, she gave me the information and everything about the cages, I asked her about one that is for beginners and is colorful, which she did not agree to sell me so I could take my hamster, then she asked me why they have a cage for sale if they don't want to sell it to you? Why did I make the process of adopting a hamster so complicated when I already had the necessary information and already had things ready at home. If PETCO is reading this, I want them to take action and know that with customer service like this, what they do is lose customers.
