I really hate to rate them a 1star as their staff is very nice, but doctor care is not good in my opinion. Found a very noticeable lump on my dogs neck, took him to POVS and they did a FNA and sent to pathology. They told me is was cancer. we scheduled surgery for 2 weeks. While at home my dog was on allergy meds for redness in his eye. Amazingly the lump went away so back to the office to be looked at again. This time the doctor could not get the FNA, but she recommended surgery. The incision was 7 inches long from neck to jawbone with 20+ stitches. When i questioned the doctor I was told the "tumor" moved and she had to go deeper. They sent out the "tumor" for biopsy. When results came back They called to inform me it was cancer free and it may have been a possible bug bite, most likely a spider. All of this after a few thousand dollars! When I did go back to have the stitches removed In i was told the office visit was covered as post op but I was billed another $24 as a technician fee because they took his temperature and listened to his heart. The owner did call me to discuss or explain the situation, but as expected she backed her office and she offered no refund. I had 3 dogs enrolled there and started to search another animal hospital for them. I have since switched hospitals and will never take a pet there again, Be careful.
