- ADAbi DOct 28, 20252.0Tried to schedule a nail trim online, it would not let me and insists they are walk in only. I walked in, it seemed like this was a big inconvenience to them and they told me 10 minutes, and they will call my name. Nearly 40 minutes go by, part of that time with no dogs even in the grooming area or in the tub. Staff was standing together talking. Not sure what was going on, but I left and took her over to Champions pet grooming in town, walked in and I was in and out in 10 minutes and they were so much friendlier.

- SBshauna brownApr 23, 20253.0Well because of a health issue, a seizure, in January, the groomer/company will not allow my dog to have a full grooming service even though he’s been seizure free for 3 months and as requested, I got a letter from my vet. For 15 yrs I’ve gotten him groomed every 6-8 weeks and bought supplies from Petco. Now that he’s an older dog with the history of a seizure, Petco has pushed him to the side. I understand that all stores can’t handle if an animal had a medical incident but there are some stores that have Vetco inside with a vet on duty. Those stores should accept animals with medical conditions. They still deserve to be groomed.
