    I have been using Dr Perkins and her staff since 1994. We are on our fifth dog. Dr Perkins and the other Drs are knowledgeable in all aspects of pet care. They work with the owners in all aspects of the animals care. I have used the boarding facility's as well I have always been happy with the boarding care as well.

    I've been going here since it was Dr. Harvey and that was back in the 70s. Brenda and her staff are all excellent Vets and compassionate and knowledgeable in dealing with your pets. Highly recommend.

    I have been taking my dogs and cats here for years and I am go grateful for the incredible care, as well as the love and attention they give my fur babies. Dr Perkins and the team of staff at WC Animal hospital is amazing, and has always been kind and responsive to every need my pets have had. Dr Perkins was there with us when we had to suddenly put our dog Dolly down and has been an Angel to my dog Miles who has needed some serious attention. Just knowing she is there for us is so comforting. The doctors call and follow up with genuine concern and the front desk staff rocks! They too offer compassion and concern whenever they answer the phone and I have called a lot:)

    West Chester Animal Hospital has been our trusted Vet for almost 10 years. I specifically want to shout out Dr. Perkins, she is so caring and goes the extra mile for your pet. You know you are in good hands when your Dr. calls first thing in the morning to check on your dog and is genuinely happy to hear good news and says she can "check her off her worry list for the day". The staff is always helpful and we appreciate the good care you all have given both our dogs!

    I called three times....first time hung up after two minutes, second time said to call back in several minutes, third time waited over six minutes. They are not. taking any new pets....they need to improve their front desk service.....very discouraged.....I have two shelter pets who could use a vet place that offers vet service, grooming and boarding. I will not recommending this place to anyone....teacher of 43 years and a hospital volunteer for 12 years....lots of contacts....
