Don't advertise walk in appointments if you don't actually do them. Called a second time to see if they had time for a walk in and was told "they will call you back" but thats not what a walk in is????? Went to a local groomer and was literally in and out within ten minutes. GO TO A LOCAL GROOMER THEY ARE BETTER AND FASTER Dropping my review down to one star because it's been over an hour and I still havent even gotten a call back... horrible customer service alllll around. Such a waste of time and so much aggravation.

This is a bit irresponsible on Petcos part because they won't know how the owner will interact with the pet. Also, if you've never owned one your first experience should be around someone with knowledge, not at home alone.

We have an 11 month old boxer pup and a health issue has caused a change in food for him so I cancelled our repeat delivery online and started a return for 2 bags of his Gentle Giants food to be returned in store. I received an email with a bar code which gave instructions to return it to any Petco. When we arrived we encountered the most hateful and rue woman at the register. I showed her the bar code on my phone and she rolled her eyes and said that isn't going to work what is my phone number which I gave her and she got increasingly nasty and when I asked for a manager she stated she is the manager and said she doesn't;t have to process my return. My return was only days old and I had a receipt so whatever this woman's issue was is beyond my comprehension. She said something about her husband and then called for someone to come to the register to relieve her so she could check on him. Now mind you here we are in the middle of a return and we have a sick dog at home and this woman is being nasty to us for no reason and making personal calls while we are standing there?? It literally took her 5 minutes to process the actual return so she easily could have just done that and then called anyone she wanted and additionally she had no reason or cause to treat us so rudely. She was a heavyset woman and she refused to give us her name but claimed she was the store manager at the store which was in Washington PA. I would advise anyone and everyone to not shop there as I can't imagine how she is treating other customers. So we have now moved our business to Petsmart where the staff is much friendlier!
