I've been taking my dog here since I got him 3 years ago and I really like it here. The vet tech staff has always been very helpful with answering all of my questions and concerns. I think their prices are reasonable & if you can afford the vital care premier membership it helps A LOT with vet appointments. My dog doesn't hate the vet, but he doesn't love it either... he behaves and lets the vet techs do their jobs.

Dirty facility ( dried up blood throughout the floors and baseboards, fecal matter and poor hygiene in a health clinic for animals. Poor management, and incompetent staff. Do not take your animal for a visit here, the charges are absurd an there isnt much they have to offer.

This team is amazing. I went to make an appointment for 5:30pm on 2/2/26, but the appointment slot disappeared from the app. I called to see if it the appointment was taken, or if it was too close to closing, and the receptionist asked the symptoms of our dog. She told me to bring her in, no hesitation. The team was friendly when we got there. Multiple staff members checked on our friends in the waiting room to make sure they were being helped. After testing, they gave us some medication, a list of specialist to follow up with, and TONS of belly rubs and treats, and they had us on our way in less than an hour.
I also recommend the Vital Care Premier for your pet. It brought the cost of the visit down almost $90. They are also now accepting Care Credit.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic. We specifically came because we had previously seen and trusted Dr Eric Blumberg here, only to find out upon arrival that he no longer works at the practice.
The veterinarian we saw (Dr Betty) was dismissive of my concerns and inconsistent in her approach to care. When I described my dog’s ongoing full-body itchiness, excessive paw licking (to the point of injury), and history of allergy symptoms, she repeatedly questioned whether he was “really itchy” and expressed reluctance to treat allergies, despite the fact that my dog had previously responded well to an allergy injection.
This was especially frustrating given that the same Dr had previously been quick to recommend medication for a different dog of mine for behavioral concerns, making the sudden hesitation to treat clear physical discomfort feel inconsistent and invalidating.
Additionally, she repeatedly expressed anxiety that my dog would fall off the exam table, despite him sitting calmly against my body with my hands on him and a technician present in the room. Even after I reassured her that I had him securely, she continued to comment on it multiple times, which felt unnecessary and patronizing.
She also made dismissive remarks about another veterinary hospital I’m taking my dog to for dental care, questioning its quality simply because she was unfamiliar with it, despite my having researched it thoroughly.
Overall, I left feeling unheard, undermined, and uncomfortable. Veterinary care should be collaborative and respectful, and unfortunately this experience was the opposite. I will not be returning and will be seeking care elsewhere
