My husband brought in one of our 2 cats, who are sisters, a few weeks ago because of blood in urine. She was leaving blood spots all over the house. They suggested a urine sample and sent her home with special non absorbent litter to obtain urine sample at home. We immediately got the sample and took it back to be sent off somewhere else and waited for results for 2 days. Meanwhile, they gave her medicine for pain, nothing else while we waited. The results came back with crystals in urine indicating a UTI. Urinary Tract Infection. Still no meds given just a change in diet to Hills Science diet C/D formula. It seemed to help but 4 weeks later she is bleeding again. In the meantime, her sister had the same issue. I took her sister to s different animal hosptal where they did blood and urine samples there and prescribed an antibiotic Clovomox. She got better. But once again Diddly is bleeding from pee pee again . I called to get an antibiotic because they never gave Diddly one. Just special food. Spoke to the doctor who refused to give me antibiotics without seeing her again and doing more tests costing more money. He should have prescribed an antibiotic in the 1st place but his refusal to do so now without further testing is unacceptable. I have extensive medical background and its insulting to be told that my cat needs more tests before he can prescribe an antibiotic. She was already seen and the antibiotic worked for my other cat so why wouldn't it work for Diddly? Its unbelievable and the doctor told me I was being rude and disrespectful and was going to hang up the phone on me. NEVER IN MY 61 YEARS OF LIFE HAVE I EVER EXPIERIENCED SUCH DISRESPECT FROM A DOCTOR! I would highly recommend taking your pets Anywhere but here. $400 plus dollars for what? Special food that cost a minimum of $35 for a small bag? Still bleeding in Horsham PA.

Vetco total care was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Leslie and Dr.Katz were terrific with my animals and the care they needed. Definitely would recommend to others and return for any future concerns with my animals.

This was my third visit to this veterinary clinic. My first two visits were for vaccinations, and the third visit was because my cat was having difficulty breathing. I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. However, upon arrival, I was told that they had called me and changed my appointment time. This is not true—I was never contacted, and I checked my phone records multiple times. After waiting for approximately one hour, my cat was taken into the emergency room. Following a very brief examination (about 15 minutes), I was told that my cat had an upper respiratory infection and was prescribed two medications that were required to be used for 21 days. One medication was given to me directly by the veterinarian at the clinic, and the other had to be ordered online. Although both medications were clearly prescribed for 21 days, the amount of medication provided in the bottles was only sufficient for 10–12 days of use. When I contacted the clinic to explain this, I was told that this was normal and that I would need to request a refill before completing the treatment period. I was also informed that the second medication would need to be reordered. This was frustrating and unclear, especially since my cat is still symptomatic and continues to struggle with breathing. When I called the clinic today to follow up, the experience was extremely unpleasant. I spoke with a staff member whose name I may have misunderstood (she was yelling, and it sounded like “Lindsey,” but I am not certain). She raised her voice at me and threatened to hang up the phone. I found this behavior completely unacceptable. I had also tried multiple times in the past to reach the clinic without receiving any response. Unfortunately, today’s call was not solution-oriented either. Due to this experience, I have decided to change veterinarians.
