- ASAmelia Schwartzman3 days ago3.0Came to get my puppy washed. They said he had one mat behind his ankle so could not wash or brush him. Despite there being only one other dog there they did not have time to cut the mat. They offered to trim his nails and brush his teeth but said they’d have to charge me extra to file his nails. They then asked for a tip at the end despite being completely incompetent. Walked with my son over to the animals while we waited. Multiple rotting beta fish on display. I’m extremely disappointed. I would give 1 star but have had good experiences with the retail staff on past visits.

- MMMeleaDec 22, 20251.0I was extremely disappointed with the service my dogs received this afternoon. I felt the staff was very insensitive. I was essentially told that my dogs were “too difficult” to have their nails trimmed and that no one else would be willing to attempt it again. This is completely unacceptable from a business that claims to provide professional grooming services. I understand that the groomer who initially worked on my dogs may have been inexperienced; however, I was especially disappointed that an experienced employee also declined to attempt the service. To make matters worse, my dogs do not even appear to have been properly washed. One of my dog’s faces still looks dirty, with discharge still in her eyes, and it appears she was left to air-dry. Not every dog will have perfect behavior, and professional groomers should be equipped to handle a variety of temperaments. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this business.

Petco app has messed up my delivery a few times so I have to drive almost an hour every other month to this location for the food. Workers are actually knowledgeable and friendly. Clean and stocked well
