I love this vet hospital because they work with you. They don’t push their agenda on you. They talk to you and they take care of your pet as if the animal was their own.

Ouch.. this isn't the first time some history here.Let me give you the history and let you know why they got the rating that they did.I would like to have gone lower. About 5 months ago, my black lab she was way up in years.
The doctor was amazing. I'll keep her up the receptionists at the front desk. Extremely rude Enign wanted to be controlling, wanted to be in control of everything. I asked a simple question and the answer she gave me was wrong as to why I had to wait for my medication. She says, well, they have to make it. It takes time to do that just be seated. And I'll let you know well. This medication arrived in a package premain, so I told her to pull out they made it and put it in a sealed package that was amazing. Her ignorance continued the couple days later. When a dog was pretty much on her last legs and I was thinking of I don't want her to suffer. So I was going to put her down. I said, have the back to call me. So I can set up the time to come in with her to go down that road. I had already discussed it with her. I never got past that secretary. She wanted to be in control. Well, that's not how we do things here. It's like you're not a vet. Well, I know what's going on here. That's what she said, so push came to shove because of her mouth. Her needing to be in control and her extremely rudeness.
My dog actually passed away while I was getting scolded by this person who represents banfield at the front desk. No, reason why I came back to this one was because of the vet was amazing now. I have a situation with my cat. He's 20, but healthy and again. The same rudeness, from the same person lasts 2 times I was here. She wasn't there. I was excited. I had an amazing visit again. This last time, no, not again. So much so what happened is, the vets made me wait an hour and a 1 in a waiting room. 90 minutes when I get in, they go through the normal stuff. Normal questions and they had to draw blood. Because my cat needs her blood. His blood checked every 6 months. He has a thyroid. He gets this compound in his ear, so 20 minutes later, they bring him back in, they build me for nails that weren't done. And they said they couldn't get the blood sample. Because he was being a little tough. Well, when you make him wait an hour, you get to them. That's what happens. So now we have to reschedule and keep in mind. They were not able to do their job all on their part. And they made me wait over 90 minutes. Probably over an hour after they took him tried to get the blood. Which they did not do, they're a vet. They should know how to handle these situations without hurting the animal or getting rough with the animal. So now here we are. I got a text message in my phone. Saying your drop off time. So in other words, I'm going to bring my cat in at 1:30. And I'm going to drop him off, and they will get to him within the next couple of hours. When they have a lull and the slowdown with the other customers. So I get there about 20 minutes late. Thinking it's just a drop off, it's not a big deal. It's their fault anyways. I had to reschedule this. Why am I saying all that? Because her attitude was immediate. Well, you're late and I said that very sarcastically, because she was being extreme. This is that same mean person above extremely rude, extremely ignorant, condescending degrading, and then she lied. When I have a customer behind me and my son was with me as well.Who's twenty four? He's not a child. He was stunned as someone was talking to his dad that way, and it didn't end then she had the nerve to tell somebody.I was raising my voice, I was not raising my voice.I was trying to get her to understand this was not an appointment. This was a drop off time this flexibility, there. She didn't want to hear it.Well.You have to reschedule, said, no.It's your fault. The first place I have to come back here because you were incompetent and your staff was not able to get the blood. So now i'm getting annoyed.I have full right to be because it's a forty five minute drive for me to come to this vet.The veterinarian who we talked about

Very pricey. Depends on what you get done on your pet. Some staff are not so nice. Been there with my cat for dental cleaning. But did not go through with the procedure. Only getting prices. Way too high for dental cleaning for cats.
