They went above and beyond for him and they was very understanding of our relationship with our dog. He's not a pet hes family. And they was very nice to him they talked to him as if he was a person. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone. We even had my son there with his dog and he was very happy with the team. He is doing great now.

- DBDarby BoontarueNov 9, 20253.0I’ve been here a couple of times before. The staff is friendly, but they are very short-handed and consistently run behind schedule. Each visit, I’ve had to wait at least an hour, and this last experience was the worst — my fiancée took both of our dogs in, and the appointment ended up taking over two hours. One of our dogs had been bitten by ticks twice about a week prior, so we were concerned about Lyme disease and requested a blood test. The tech took the sample and ran the test, but when the vet came in, they told us that Lyme wouldn’t even show up on a test until at least six weeks after exposure. Despite this, they still charged us $168 for the test and an exam. If that information had been communicated before the test was done, we never would have gone through with it. It’s the responsibility of the vet and staff to explain these things to pet owners before performing unnecessary procedures. Unfortunately, it felt like a waste of both time and money.

I had a root canal done and experienced no pain and minimal to no discomfort during the procedure and afterwards have had zero issues and no pain and minimal discomfort.
