I asked the first worker I saw if I could check them out. I got the response" you can't touch them" to which I responded that's fine I only wanted to check on them.. It was clear they had no knowledge on the animals and it was extremely disappointing to witness. Do better!

Either no one answers the phone, no one is there, or often they are closed with not warning. Just a sign on the door. This week it says "closed Monday through Thursday". This has not been helpful for me as i would like to be able to rely on some place that is often open. This Petco grooming is closed 65% of the times i try to go there. Unacceptable. Even in the case of a sick employee or another reason for outage, amangement should do better.
