I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff from check in, vet tech and vet they are the best. I have a sensitive dog that does not like to be away from myself and my husband and they accommodate his needs and on the rare occasion he has to be away from us we know he is with the best of the best and being so loved. Highly recommend!!!

I left a previous visit with another veterinarian feeling confused and overwhelmed by a potential new diagnosis for my cat. When touching base with Dr. Knapp and reviewing the previous findings, she recommended a few other tests to help determine the root cause. The care was entirely pet-focused, but also cost-conscious and kept affordability in mind! I highly recommend this Banfield location and Dr. Knapp - plus you can stop at the Dunkin next door while waiting for your furry ready to be ready for pick-up!

It was nice to get a call the next day to make sure everything was improving. It was also nice to be able to schedule a Sunday appointment without having to pay an emergency fee. It was all appreciated very much.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
