We were new to a kitten as a pet and asked some questions for food and etc and the worker went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping us with recommendations and showing us where things were and answering ALL questions. Then at check out we had another great experience with the clerk who was so kind. Great place to get pet supplies and will be back. The selection was great as well for us and very organized .Bonus is the worker gave us great coupons to use!

This was my puppy’s first haircut and from the beginning she explained how she would do what she could because she didn’t want him to be traumatized. I really appreciated that because I definitely didn’t want a groomer who was going to push him because he’s more timid and only 5 months old. She also came out from behind the door and allowed him to sniff her and warm up to her with me there, which definitely helped ease some nerves (this was my first time leaving him with someone else). After leaving I was a little nervous my puppy wasn’t going to let her cut him fully but when I got there to pick him up, he looked like a whole new puppy (in a great way)!!! Cannot recommend Kyla enough! Definitely will be back and going to try and request her again! Thank you Kyla for all your hard work and making my puppy look so cute!
