From receiving a phone call offering a 20% discount if I came in this week to being informed that I would not be given the discount because I "booked online" (which i have always done) to the less than cordial interaction had with the Sr. Groomer, then during checkout, grabbed a dog toy from the prominently displayed "50% Off" bin and was told the item selected did not qualify. The item chosen from directly under the SALE sign. Extremely disappointing visit that will not be repeated in the future.
