- EAElise ADec 31, 20251.0Started bringing my puppy here for grooming with Audra starting in July to November; monthly. She is amazing and respects my wishes on how I want him to look. But the lady who checked us in back in October and November appointments with colored hair made inappropriate comments about my then 6/7 month old puppy being aroused. She then proceeded to charge me twice the price of what I usually pay and added on things I didn’t not ask for. I only stayed for Audra but enough was enough with that lady and her nasty attitude and smart comments. I decided to try one last time the beginning of this month and Petco decided to change my groomer and not notify me that his original groomer does not work there anymore until I called and asked why they changed my person. Whomever I spoke to had a terrible attitude and I will never go back there and I don’t recommend anyone to neither.

A fantastic staff! Nothing was too much trouble. They were so helpful and friendly! Thank you for a great experience.

Not sure who i spoke to but I did not appreciate her attitude and berating me with what had been done was NOT STORE POLICY and on and on and obviously she must have done the same to the other employee who had helped me!! I had purchased 2 fish and beings I was not going home right away had asked if it was ok if I paid for them and returned in 2 hours to pick them up. The employee said yes and i did and went on my way and then recieved a call from someone from the store and was basically made aware that this WAS NOT "store policy" and I was to come pick up my purchase immediately!! And I guess from there the employee who took care of me was also made aware of "store policy" and reprimanded as well!! I did not appreciate her manor of speaking to me and also the employee was visibly upset when I returned...so as of now I WILL NOT return to this particular store if ant Petco's in the near future!! I can spend my money elsewhere and I apologized to the employee who was reprimanded!! This was not my intention to get her in trouble and beings I am not privy to store policy I dont appreciate being treated like an employee!! I dont think the young lady should have been yelled at either because she was just trying to be nice!! It was very cold that evening and there was no way the fish would have survived 2 hours in my vehicle!! I had no idea of your policy and will take my business elsewhere!!!

I saw her come over with a net and bag I thought she was getting my fish and here she was scooping up multiple dead ones. I asked her “can I get my one fish then?” She says “no I already told you I’m not giving you any fish your tanks too small “ I said “okay thank you and what’s your name? I’ll be writing a review.” Haylee or Hailey said “go right ahead” then proceeded to talk to her other coworker talking smack about me while I was standing there it was unprofessional…
