My boyfriend and I unfortunately lost our bunny named Brownie and we brought him in to be cremated with this company. The staff were all welcoming and supportive when we came in. I was, of course, a complete wreck, but all of the staff made me feel comforted and understood. We also just received a card through the mail with condolences and I wanted to leave a review to express my appreciation and gratitude. Thank you guys for all of the sympathy. Even though it has been hard without our boy, you guys have definitely made it easier. ❤️

Unprofessional front office, not reliable for sending records to other offices. Had to request multiple times. Very frustrating. Also over charges for meds and procedures. A med in office $75, online $32.

Can’t give 5 stars because nobody is perfect but they tried. I just left there without my sweet baby Layla but they tried their best I must say Dr. Abram was amazing. The 2 receptionist up front were sweet and very attentive. They both smiled bright and told me how sorry they were and wished me a good night. Just amazing

do not take your animal here. it is a death sentence. i took my cat here two days ago because she was open-mouth breathing very randomly for approximately 2 hours before we decided to take her to the vet, unfortunately i had to go here because it was a sunday and my regular vet was closed. (have had bad experiences in the past with these people as well!) they immediately took her in and put her in an oxygen tank, where she ultimately sat for five hours with no treatment, just getting an x-ray taken, and a heart test after the vet had told me the x-ray basically told her nothing. the heart test appeared abnormal, and the vet told me it could mean multiple things, but ultimately she believed my cat was in congestive heart failure. she then went on to tell me unless i let her stay overnight and get more testing done, my cat would die in as little as 30 minutes. i decided to take my cat home (if she was to die, i would have liked her to be in peace at home) and have medications prescribed that would hopefully allow her to breathe correctly until i could go to my normal vet the next day. my normal vet has absolutely no clue what led this place to say my cat has congestive heart failure. she had lung worm. which is treatable with a round of worming. do not go here.

Yeah, looks like they care only about their $400 down deposit to see a dying animal and then payment in full. What person in a low income that loves their pet can afford that outrageous that’s all just outrageous. I’m disgusted. So he’ll just die because I can’t afford $1000 upfront thanks a lot. I hope y’all sleep well at night and I hope you all see this post.
