He was stressed and scared in his carrier, which is not unusual for cats in a clinic setting. When my cat raised his paw once out of fear, the woman vet immediately claimed he was “trying to attack” and refused to vaccinate him, saying he would be “put on a list” for all Vetco locations. Such an extreme and unprofessional reaction. Cat owners looking for patience and proper care, avoid this place

Not because the vets were slow but because the person who sends you in sat there trying to sell everyone in line something. She kept sharing her expertise with everyone and talking way to much. When I asked her how much longer she said be patinet and stand over there.

He’s a small dog who is sweet and quiet who never bites anyone but they decided to muzzle him and then turn him away saying he needs to be sedated. He has anxiety like any other dog at the vet. If you thought about taking your dog here for vaccinations, try somewhere else
