  We wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who assisted us. You made an incredibly difficult and impossible situation much more bearable. Ollie was my best friend and a cherished member of our family. Because of your care, our last hours together were perfect. We were able to spend that time exactly how he loved—cuddled up on the couch together. Seeing him enjoy all his favorite treats, from the peanut butter and cheese to the Hershey kisses and whipped cream, is a memory we will always hold dear. We are so appreciative of the empathy and kindness you showed us. We never felt rushed, and your team’s gentle approach meant the world to our family during such a personal time. Thank you for everything you did for us and for Ollie.

  One of the best vet offices I've been to, genuinely. I love that the rooms are 'Fear Free,' and include furniture, toys, and treats. We wanted to find someone local for some ear infection issues for our senior cat, Bella, and Dr. Kelly has been absolutely professional and knowledgeable and isn't afraid to tell us what we need to know to ensure she has the best care. It's my first experience caring for a senior cat, so this has been a learning experience for us. BUT, Dr. Kelly and his team have put myself and my partner at ease knowing we are doing right by her, and that's all I can ask for.

  My dog has never been more relaxed at the vet than he was today at PetVet365. I felt he was properly treated and they were able to squeeze me in despite me not having an appointment. 10/10 would recommend.

  Dr. Smith Miller is Knowledgeable, friendly professional, easy to talk to and everything that you want when you go visit a vet. I was there for an injured visit. She 100% listened to my concerns gave me honest and knowledgeable feedback. The fear free atmosphere is wonderful. There was some stress poo, nobody cared well, except for me. I Had to bring my other dog with me because I wasn’t unable to get Big dog into the car without her buddy. So little dog came for emotional support. I assured them we were not trying to get 2 appointments for the price of one. We just needed an emotional support friend and they were very understanding. Apparently, it’s not uncommon. I love the exam room ethos with a washable carpet, no scary steel table, and a sofa. The doctor sits on the floor, Big dog is not restrained. Has freedom of movement doesn’t feel stressed from being examined. 10 out of 10. Definitely love this place.
