Our dogs can be difficult due to their anxiety issues, but she always gets them smelling and looking their best.

I have his shot records on my phone and she couldn’t find his rabies shot (it was listed as Defensor 1), and when I pulled up a more detailed list and apologized, she didn’t say anything. She cut his nails and called me back in, waving like a crazy person; I thought she had cut him or he had bitten her. Only to tell me he was “funny” when she tried to buff his nails and that I need to get him training. He’s a big puppy and his manners need a little work (he IS in training, doing well), but he’s never had a problem getting his nails trimmed or having his feet handled before. Not sure what the problem today was, but the unsolicited suggestion will keep me from ever taking him back to this location.
