Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
So the actual veterinarian and the vet technician were perfectly fine. I have a problem with the 20 something year-old girl that was working the podium where you get checked in to receive vaccines. When she asked if I’ve ever been to a VETCO before, my response was no this is my first time here. This response also implies that I don’t know how your little area is set up, but the protocol is none of it. So on three separate occasions, you felt the need to get condescending to me when I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to stand before or after my dogs receive their injections because you couldn’t just pay ahead of time you have to pay after. So as I’m trying to control 24 month old puppies on leashes, instead of being a little bit more helpful, you figured the right thing to do was be condescending to a customer for not knowing when they already said they didn’t know how your procedures and protocols run at this location. If you’re going to work in Customer Service and you’re starting at this young of an age, you might wanna learn how to talk to people in public.
