My name is Dr. Emily Morse and I own PetVet365 The Terminal in Pittsburgh, PA along with Dr. Megan Garrison. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. That’s why my team is trained and certified to give your pet the very best Fear Free care (think: treats, belly rubs, snuggles). We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more.
We offer the very best veterinary care for dogs and cats - general care, urgent care, laser therapy, immunotherapy, behavioral care, dental care, blood work, vaccinations, x-rays, surgery, physical therapy, and anything else your pet needs!
Staff was amazing and extremely helpful! Very kind and very knowledgeable!

To tell you how above and beyond every single person at PetVet365 goes for your pet and you, I need to give a little back story on my cat’s personal experience just a couple days prior.
My 16 year old cat, Tux had been acting weird on 11/7, so I decided to take him to VEG in Shadyside since I had heard good things. Long story short, he was absolutely TRAUMATIZED by the way they handled him. In the 10 years I’ve had him, never seen him so petrified or so uneased at a vet hospital. So we decided to take him home and look for an actual vet to take him instead.
I’m such a protective Mom, I’m always skeptical at first. When we arrived, they immediately gave us a private room meant for cats, the room was spacious and had plenty of cat toys/tower/beds and a nice TV for Tux to watch birds. Tux got comfortable quick, he was sniffing around playing with scratch posts and laying in the beds. Everything after this was nothing but wonderful!!! They suggest things with perfect reasoning, never leave you wondering why. They took the time to let us explain his recent experience and ensured us they will not add on to that experience. They have a no fear policy so if the pets can’t be given blood drawn or vaccines easily, they don’t force it on them, instead send you home with some oral premed and come back again to do it while they’re a little sedated, so less traumatic for the fur babies. They even sent a text message to follow up the day after.
I have no notes, I am absolutely thrilled to have found this place, and will highly recommend PetVet365 at the Terminal to all of my friends and family. Seriously, Thank you all so much!!!
*I attached two photos of him. Super simple photos but it made me so happy to see him comfortable!*

Everyone in the practice is very helpful and kind. The waiting area was quite comfortable. I like that at every step pricing is explained. The quality of care is great.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided at the Terminal location. My cat was having issues with his paws and I was able to get right in. They were so accommodating, from being able to schedule online and the convenience of being able to text with questions. His issue cleared right up and he’s back on his feet. Thank you

The office was really amazing and made my kitten feel very comfortable, the staff was also just as amazing and nice my compliment is I rescued a kitten and she was healing from a botfly wound I mentioned this to the vet she never really examined the area, my kitten ending up having complications and we took her to another vet with a visit that cost this price I expect things to be looked over properly
