Was contemplating writing this but after talking to many people they agree with me. Went here a few weeks ago because my cat was sick and just not doing right. Very important to note is that I'm attending the veterinarian technician institute here in Pitt. So I'm not clueless, and I was in my scrubs at the appointment. I felt the staff was very rude, I listed off my cats symptoms and they were treating me like I was stupid. I told them I talked to a teacher at school for an opinion and they were very starky about it, gave me a lecture on open mouth breathing (I was already aware of all the things they were trying to educate me on) and were very judgemental when they told me Buddy (my cat) had fleas, which I already knew and was trying to deal with the best I could as a broke college student. The office was super nice, catered to you pets needs and they were great with Buddy. Just very rude/passive aggressive to me. Maybe they weren't sure what "VTI" is but regardless they were pretty rude.

Just had my first visit to PetVet365 at The Terminal today, and it was a wonderful experience. The admin professional who checked us in, the vet tech, and the veterinarian were all friendly and helpful. The space is comfortable and inviting. The vet and tech were happy to give me some different treatment options and diagnostic options for my cat, so I could make the best choice for my cat AND for my budget.

I originally went to the Shadyside location for an emergency about a year ago and they were EXCELLENT! Very kind and informative. I had to come to the Strip district location this time and they are also EXCELLENT! Everyone is so kind and accommodating. They take great care of my super anxious ankle biter. This is definitely my new vet. Highly recommend!

I visited the PetVet365 on Smallman unexpectedly after my dog had a seizure for the first time. They made an emotional and stressful situation manageable by being incredibly kind and attentive - while listening and offering their expertise and advice for next steps. The waiting/exam rooms are private with a comfortable setting (couch, carpet, and a TV with a Snoopy screensaver), allowing my dog and I to feel safe and cozy while we were waiting for results. We left with peace of mind and even got a follow up text the next morning to see how things were going. I would recommend this place to anyone. Many thanks to the staff for their kindness!
