I originally went to the Shadyside location for an emergency about a year ago and they were EXCELLENT! Very kind and informative. I had to come to the Strip district location this time and they are also EXCELLENT! Everyone is so kind and accommodating. They take great care of my super anxious ankle biter. This is definitely my new vet. Highly recommend!

I have a very limited review to give them but I just wanted to comment on the customer service. My husband and I are visiting from out of town and forgot a syringe to give our cat her medicine. PetVet365 picked up the phone immediately and we’re so accommodating. We were able to get our syringe and we’re so grateful to them!

I visited the PetVet365 on Smallman unexpectedly after my dog had a seizure for the first time. They made an emotional and stressful situation manageable by being incredibly kind and attentive - while listening and offering their expertise and advice for next steps. The waiting/exam rooms are private with a comfortable setting (couch, carpet, and a TV with a Snoopy screensaver), allowing my dog and I to feel safe and cozy while we were waiting for results. We left with peace of mind and even got a follow up text the next morning to see how things were going. I would recommend this place to anyone. Many thanks to the staff for their kindness!

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating and were able to see us quickly. A bit on the pricier side but it’s worth it.

To tell you how above and beyond every single person at PetVet365 goes for your pet and you, I need to give a little back story on my cat’s personal experience just a couple days prior. My 16 year old cat, Tux had been acting weird on 11/7, so I decided to take him to VEG in Shadyside since I had heard good things. Long story short, he was absolutely TRAUMATIZED by the way they handled him. In the 10 years I’ve had him, never seen him so petrified or so uneased at a vet hospital. So we decided to take him home and look for an actual vet to take him instead. I’m such a protective Mom, I’m always skeptical at first. When we arrived, they immediately gave us a private room meant for cats, the room was spacious and had plenty of cat toys/tower/beds and a nice TV for Tux to watch birds. Tux got comfortable quick, he was sniffing around playing with scratch posts and laying in the beds. Everything after this was nothing but wonderful!!! They suggest things with perfect reasoning, never leave you wondering why. They took the time to let us explain his recent experience and ensured us they will not add on to that experience. They have a no fear policy so if the pets can’t be given blood drawn or vaccines easily, they don’t force it on them, instead send you home with some oral premed and come back again to do it while they’re a little sedated, so less traumatic for the fur babies. They even sent a text message to follow up the day after. I have no notes, I am absolutely thrilled to have found this place, and will highly recommend PetVet365 at the Terminal to all of my friends and family. Seriously, Thank you all so much!!! *I attached two photos of him. Super simple photos but it made me so happy to see him comfortable!*
