My name is Dr. Ashley Smith-Miller and I own PetVet365 South Hills in Pittsburgh, PA along with Dr. Megan Garrison. That’s why my team is trained and certified to give your pet the very best Fear Free care (think: treats, belly rubs, snuggles). We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more.

- LMLucy’s MomJan 4, 20265.0I recently took my 16 year-old cat who became ill during a long holiday week. They were extremely accommodating and got us in over the weekend. All I came in contact with, from the receptionist to the vet tech to the veterinarian herself, were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The individual pet rooms were beyond what I ever expected, and was a fantastic way to lessen the anxiety of both the animal and the human. The cost was reasonable, especially for the individualized attention and the aesthetic of the facility. I would highly recommend this veterinarian office to anybody!

The vet was wonderful, she went through everything with us including treatment options, side effects, costs, etc. We are so thankful and happy to report our little fur baby is doing great!

My cat is an anxious traveler but as soon as we got there, we got our own little room with a couch, there was a large scratch/lounge post, a pet bed, cat shelves for him to climb on, a container of treats, a small bin of toys, and a TV that was playing Cat TV on YouTube. You wouldn't have known he was at the vet, because my cat was happy and comfortable. The staff were so kind and gentle and they worked with us to cut the bill down and gave us multiple options with everything broken down for us, and they answered all of my questions. They didn't argue or try to get me to pay for additional services or testing. I don't remember the names of the staff who worked with us but I can't thank them enough for helping us today. If we ever need another visit, we will definitely be coming back.
