My name is Dr. Ashley Smith-Miller and I own PetVet365 South Hills in Pittsburgh, PA along with Dr. Megan Garrison. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. That’s why my team is trained and certified to give your pet the very best Fear Free care (think: treats, belly rubs, snuggles). We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more.
We offer the very best veterinary care for dogs and cats - general care, urgent care, laser therapy, immunotherapy, behavioral care, dental care, blood work, vaccinations, x-rays, surgery, physical therapy, and anything else your pet needs!

- CHCheyenne Hons6 days ago5.0Today was our first visit here with my sick cat and I'm so glad we came. My cat is an anxious traveler but as soon as we got there, we got our own little room with a couch, there was a large scratch/lounge post, a pet bed, cat shelves for him to climb on, a container of treats, a small bin of toys, and a TV that was playing Cat TV on YouTube. You wouldn't have known he was at the vet, because my cat was happy and comfortable. The staff were so kind and gentle and they worked with us to cut the bill down and gave us multiple options with everything broken down for us, and they answered all of my questions. They didn't argue or try to get me to pay for additional services or testing. I don't remember the names of the staff who worked with us but I can't thank them enough for helping us today. If we ever need another visit, we will definitely be coming back.

They were super accommodating with the schedule to fit my needs and every time I have a question, Dr. Ashley Smith is there with an answer to help reassure me and help take care of my cats! I trust her opinion and expertise along with her staff. I know they will handle my pets with love like they were their own. They go above and beyond to make sure each pet is comfortable especially with their exam rooms designed to be calming and interactive. It’s the little things that sets them aside from other practices and really adds up to make a difference. I highly recommend them!!!
- EYEthan YoungNov 6, 20255.0Was there with my girlfriend, we recently moved into the area. Her cat has a bunch of health problems and is terrified of everything so we thought we’d try here. Prices are pretty typical for vet care these days…. worth it for the care she got. I’ve always had pets and have taken them to a couple vets over the years…. Was a little skeptical at first because I had some less than great experiences at the vet …. We were both really impressed overall. We got our own room and the vet and tech were great. She usually just hisses and hides with new people but actually let them pet her and ate treats from their hands…. My girlfriend said it was the best she’d ever been for the vet. I know a little from owning pets with health issues and do my own research. They were very knowledgable and listened to all our concerns. It was a longer appointment with everything going on but the technician went over everything with us and was very helpful, even followed up with us when we had questions afterwards. I think her name was Moreen. They took xrays and sent them to a specialist and ended up diagnosing her with asthma, which was never mentioned by her previous vet…. She seems a lot happier since starting the new meds. We are going to start bringing all our pets here.
