She is always so thorough and informative when she's explaining their health issues and letting me know the options for treatment. She's also extremely kind and empathetic, as is her entire office staff. When my boy Macaroni was dealing with serious respiratory issues a couple weeks ago, her office staff texted each morning to check in on him and they reached out to her with any questions I had (which she answered, even on her day off). In the past, she's let me call my partner and put him on speakerphone so she can run through everything a second time with him, so I don't have to make any difficult decisions on my own. Having pet rats can be difficult at times due to their health issues and short lifespans, but Dr. Collier and her staff make the difficult times so much less stressful and scary than they used to be.
