My name is Dr. Meghan Fincher and I own PetVet365 Ross Park in Pittsburgh, PA along with Dr. Megan Garrison. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. That’s why my team is trained and certified to give your pet the very best Fear Free care (think: treats, belly rubs, snuggles). We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more.

I have pet rats and I've taken them to so many vets who don't seem to care much about rats and/or aren't very knowledgeable about them, so I'm incredibly thankful to have finally found Dr. Collier. She is always so thorough and informative when she's explaining their health issues and letting me know the options for treatment. She's also extremely kind and empathetic, as is her entire office staff. When my boy Macaroni was dealing with serious respiratory issues a couple weeks ago, her office staff texted each morning to check in on him and they reached out to her with any questions I had (which she answered, even on her day off). In the past, she's let me call my partner and put him on speakerphone so she can run through everything a second time with him, so I don't have to make any difficult decisions on my own. Having pet rats can be difficult at times due to their health issues and short lifespans, but Dr. Collier and her staff make the difficult times so much less stressful and scary than they used to be.

The set up of PetVet365 is top-notch - there are no stressful waiting rooms or lobbies with tight corners and close proximity to other pets. Upon arrival we were immediately led to our own private room, complete with a small couch and comfy rug, both of which helped my stressy 8-year-old dog calm down more quickly. Dr. Fincher was so kind and really took her time listening to my concerns and putting together a game plan to figure out my dog's GI issues. Her patience and compassion for my anxious rescue gal was much appreciated! We will definitely be back.
