My name is Dr. Megan Garrison and I own PetVet365 Fox Chapel in Pittsburgh, PA. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. That’s why my team is trained and certified to give your pet the very best Fear Free care (think: treats, belly rubs, snuggles). We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more.
We offer the very best veterinary care for dogs and cats - general care, urgent care, laser therapy, immunotherapy, behavioral care, dental care, blood work, vaccinations, x-rays, surgery, physical therapy, and anything else your pet needs!

I wasn't able to find my previous 2-star review anymore so I'm reposting it and to share my advice:
It was my understanding that the estimate was about $160 but then the bill was about $260; probably I missed something, but my advice is to pay extra close attention to the estimate vs bill. Also decide if you want to stay with your pet the whole time because in my case they disappeared behind the door and I just stayed in the waiting room but in retrospect wished I had asked to come along. When they came back out the dog looked scared and smelled of pee, I can only guess that she was very scared and peed herself. Not saying they did something wrong but I recommend to stay with your pet if possible. From my personal experience with different vets so far, this was definitely the worst.

I had a very poor experience at pet vet Fox chapel. The vet who had just graduated school gave me a medication that didn’t work, failed to check my newly adopted cats ears, and the techs failed to tell me to keep the meds in the fridge or even to label them. I only learned the meds needed to be kept in the fridge when I went to get a refill necessitating me to start over again. They gave me no advice on how to administer the meds. Everyone was nice there but competence was lacking, on the other hand, the petvet 365 in Pittsburgh was excellent. Thankfully they checked my newly adopted cats ears which were full of gunk and ear mite residue and gave me a medication that was easy to administer and cleared my cats respiratory issues up completely. It was a completely different experience. I wasted $300 at Fox chapel and hours of my time. Hope this review inspires them to get it together.

This is the only vet that would take my dog on an urgent care walk in, every other vet, including mine, told me to go to E.R. because there were no appointments. Everyone there is very nice and caring for the animals, there are awesome private waiting rooms. The vet took the time to explain everything to me, including my options. It's kinda far but I may have a new vet.

My Gracie Mae started experiencing problems with mobility and urination, I knew she was experiencing UTI issues once again 😑. Thankfully my sister knew of PetVet365 and took there for me because I had to work. Staff and Facility was outstanding 👏 real sense of caring for your pet needs. Cost wasn't cheap, but wasn't gouging whilst family pet's health was dire. Clean personal private rooms for you and your pet, easing any trauma pet and family may be experiencing during visits to the Vet. Thank you so much 💓 She's doing great and shopping with me once again. See my photos📸👍😃

I took my baby boy here when his heart was beating heavily along with heavy rapid breathing. I was six months pregnant and a wreck in fear for furbabys life. I was initially recommended to put him down being that he was 12 years of age. I was a blubbering mess as he is my son. I refused to have him put down asking for time to figure what to do. They prescribed him 3 prescriptions. These prescriptions were $170 monthly. Friendly suggestion from me to you (as I too was suggested):GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS ONLINE... Chewy is half the price. Prescriptions not included it was over a grand for a simple xray and horrible advice to put my dog down. They could not wait to get me out of the office due to my crying. It was as if they didnt want other patients seeing me so upset and full of tears. The medicine did wonders. However they would not refill them without another few hundred dollar visit. We went back I asked for his vaccines to be updated as well. I was still pregnant and hormonal so it was very scary. This time the male vet was much better than the prior vet. However its not a nice place. They dont care about your dog unless you throw down endless money. They dont respond to simple questions and so forth without a few hundred dollar visit.
I was discouraged and deeply saddened by his complications but also how we were treated. Its all about $$...
What a shame.
