I recently found out that my dog has terminal cancer, and wanted to give him one last grooming session. I was nervous because a couple of his annual vaccinations just expired, but we obviously aren't going to vaccinate him at this time. My only hope was that they would let me keep the appointment. They did. When I returned, Tucker was the most handsome version of himself. They upgraded some of the package and when I went to pay, they had taken care of the bill for me. I was completely in shock. I was not expecting something like that, at all, but especially from a "big box" store. I can't express how much this means to me and my family. I will forever be a customer. Thank you for your kindness and compassion. You have made a huge impact on me and my family by extension. Thank you for being amazing humans.
