I couldn't wait any longer, as I had my own appointments I had to go to. This is in no way a reflection on the grooming staff.They are wonderful. This however screwed my day up.

She's been through classes & is in the process of starting up with a trainer. I've been working with her a LOT myself, also. I take them to pet stores as part of her training, as opposed to Rural King, Lowe's, and places like that because the staff at pet stores usually understand dogs more than the average Joe. Most of them at least understand that, when a dog is obviously anxious & possibly even a little scared, YOU DO !NOT! WALK STRAIGHT UP TO THEM AT A FAST PACE AND SHOVE YOUR HAND IN THEIR FACE! Well.... apparently, that's not a known fact with the staff at this location. When I pulled her back from this person & said "NO", this dude HAD THE NERVE to say, "Oh, it's ok. I work here". I DO NOT CARE! BACK OFF! I had to stay as calm as possible & not tell this guy off, because me getting upset would just get my dog upset. I've been shopping at this location for a while now. In fact, I typically spend about $150 - $200 on my dogs every 2 weeks & I was thinking about just shopping here from now on (because of the convenience of the location) but never again! I will never give this location another penny. Thanks for making my job just a little harder today, Petsmart!
