I've been taking my dog here for 7 years. The actual veterinarian care is ok-ish but it's such a hassle to do anything. Medications are marked up exorbitantly, I've been waiting days for them to approve my prescription order through a 3rd party service. I've called a dozen times in the past few days and they either decline the call, or answer and leave me on a never ending hold. If my dog could handle a new environment I'd definitely switch vets.

Called to confirm my pets appointment for this Saturday. I was advised they had no record of the appointment and were unable to accommodate this appointment. Please see the attached photos, I made an appointment over a month ago and now my pet will be delayed in receiving care from ANOTHER veterinarian office.

I only saw vet techs. They were great. The vet called me by phone later. English is her 2nd language and she speaks very quickly. I will not go back to that location.
