I took my pet to get his ears checked, was told they had no clue what it was and to put him on steroids and bring him back in two weeks. Took him back for the vet tec to say I have no idea what to say and the vet refused to look at him. It was all a waste of my time from the first till the last time there. At the first vet visit, what they wanted was never documented and they seemed to have no idea what to do when we came back. It was suggested to get his thyroid checked yet when we came back but they said oh we don’t do that on follow up visits. My dog still has messed up ears and I feel like I wasted so much time and money with you for nothing to be done.

Doctors are fine at best. Only go for check up that are included in my $44.99 monthly plan that pays for bare minimum. My dog was experiencing bladder issues, doctors had the urine that was deposited in her kennel. Told me her urine, he didn't like how it looked. But wouldn't dip her urine. Until i.paid 100.00. Thanks I would have thought while she was there they had the urine, WOULDN'T DIP THE SPECIMEN . BECAUSE OF SYMPTOMS. THANKS KEEP TAKING MY MONEY, FOR NO SERVICES RENDERED...

Talk about feeling trapped! You want to do the best for your fur baby. After you pay over $200.00 and discuss insurance and more procedures. Wow. Their billing is SHADY.
Ask questions. Ask prices. Ask why.. no kidding they are SHADY.

The Northway location is terrible !! They give you the run around on appointments. My dog has been seen there for 11yrs and when we need them the most they put you on the back burner . Why pay every month for the insurance and they don’t help !

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
